What does Kids-Mundo sell?
Kids-Mundo sells made-to-measure wall murals for children's rooms. Our permanent current catalog is mural-only; we do not sell toys or clothing.
Who operates Kids-Mundo?
Kids-Mundo is a trading name of N-GRAM VENTURES LLP, company number OC454745. The full legal and contact information is in our Legal Notice.
How is the mural price calculated?
Enter the wall width and height and select a finish. We multiply the dimensions to calculate the area in square metres, round the area up to the next whole square metre and apply a minimum of 1 m². The chargeable area is multiplied by the displayed per-m² rate for the selected finish. The final item price is shown before payment.
For example, 100 cm × 100 cm is charged as 1 m². A size of 101 cm × 101 cm is rounded up and charged as 2 m².
Do you hold finished murals in stock?
No. Kids-Mundo is a print-on-demand business. Each mural is printed to the customer's measurements and crop after the order is accepted.
Where are murals printed and dispatched?
Kids-Mundo sells made-to-measure wall murals. Production partners in China print the murals to order and dispatch them to customers. N-GRAM VENTURES LLP remains the contracting seller and customer-support contact.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free and tracked on every order. UK deliveries are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so customers are not charged import duties or customs-clearance fees on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
The order cutoff is 6:00pm Europe/London time. Preparation and dispatch take 1–3 working days, and transit takes 7–14 working days after dispatch. The total estimate is 8–17 working days from the applicable order date.
How can I track my order?
We email a tracking number after dispatch. You can also use the Track Order page.
Can I return a made-to-measure mural?
Kids-Mundo provides a voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible new, unused and uninstalled murals. Statutory cancellation rules and custom-made exceptions are explained separately in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
