Terms of service
These terms apply to purchases from Kids-Mundo. Kids-Mundo is a trading name of N-GRAM VENTURES LLP, company number OC454745, whose registered office is 24-26 Arcadia Avenue, Fin009, London, United Kingdom, N3 2JU. N-GRAM VENTURES LLP is the contracting seller.
Our products and your customisation
Kids-Mundo sells made-to-measure wall murals. Before adding a mural to the cart, you enter the wall width and height, choose the finish and select the crop. Check those measurements, the selected crop, the finish and the delivery details carefully before placing the order because they are used to make the mural.
How the mural price is calculated
The chargeable area is the entered width multiplied by the entered height in square metres, rounded up to the next whole square metre, with a minimum chargeable area of 1 m². In formula form: chargeable m² = max(1, round up((width in cm × height in cm) ÷ 10,000)).
The mural price is the chargeable area multiplied by the displayed per-m² price for the selected finish. For example, 100 cm × 100 cm is charged as 1 m², while 101 cm × 101 cm is rounded up and charged as 2 m². The final item price and every charge payable to Kids-Mundo are shown in the cart and checkout before payment.
Print-on-demand production and availability
Murals are printed to order rather than held as finished-goods inventory. Production partners in China print and dispatch each accepted order. An available mural or finish means that it can be accepted for made-to-order production; it does not mean that a finished mural is physically held in stock.
Product presentation
We aim to present each design, colour, scale, crop, finish and price accurately. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, and the crop selected for the entered dimensions determines the portion and scale of the design used for the mural.
Payment
The payable order total and available payment methods are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Payment is made using the method selected at checkout.
Shipping and import charges
Current delivery scope, cutoff, handling, transit, tracking, delay and address terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. UK delivery is free and tracked. Orders are dispatched from China on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis: N-GRAM VENTURES LLP pays any import VAT, customs duty and carrier or customs-clearance charge, and the customer is not charged those amounts on delivery.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may ask to cancel until production begins. Our separate Returns and Refunds Policy explains that cancellation process, the custom-made statutory cancellation boundary, Kids-Mundo's voluntary 30-day return policy for eligible murals, return postage, exchanges, faulty or misdescribed goods and refund processing. Those terms do not limit statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer are not excluded.
