Shipping policy

This policy explains how Kids-Mundo orders are prepared, dispatched and delivered. Kids-Mundo is a trading name of N-GRAM VENTURES LLP, company number OC454745, and N-GRAM VENTURES LLP is the contracting seller.

Production and dispatch

Every mural is printed to order by a production partner in China and dispatched from China to the delivery address. N-GRAM VENTURES LLP remains responsible to the customer as the seller.

Where we deliver and what it costs

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Delivery is free and tracked on every order, with no minimum spend.

Order cutoff and handling

The daily order cutoff is 6:00pm Europe/London time. Orders received after the cutoff are treated as received on the next working day. Preparation and dispatch take 1–3 working days.

Transit and total delivery estimate

Transit after dispatch: 7–14 working days.
Total estimate: 8–17 working days from the applicable order date.

For these estimates, working days are Monday to Friday and exclude UK public holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees. Busy periods, public holidays, carrier disruption and customs processing can cause delay.

Import VAT, customs duty and clearance fees

UK orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). N-GRAM VENTURES LLP pays any import VAT, customs duty and carrier or customs-clearance charge. The customer will not be asked to pay any of those charges on delivery. The item price shown at checkout, together with the displayed free delivery charge, is the total amount payable for the order.

Tracking

When the order is dispatched, we send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. You can also use the Track Order page.

Delays, loss and non-delivery

If an order has not arrived within 20 working days of purchase, contact info@kids-mundo.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by the order terms and applicable law.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Check the delivery address before paying and contact us immediately if it is wrong. Once an order has entered production or dispatch, a correction may not be possible. Any re-delivery charge must be explained and agreed before it is charged.
