Privacy policy

KIDS MUNDO LLC operates Kids-Mundo and is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Kids-Mundo is an online store selling made-to-measure wall murals for children's rooms. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information when you visit www.kids-mundo.com, place an order or contact us.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, payment status, customer-service messages, device information, cookie data and marketing preferences.

How we use information

We use personal information to process orders, take payment, arrange shipping, provide customer support, manage returns, prevent fraud, operate and improve the store, comply with legal obligations and send marketing where you have consented or where the law allows.

Service providers

Shopify hosts our store and processes information to operate checkout and other store services. Payment providers, production and delivery partners receive the information needed to process payment, produce and deliver orders. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries, including China for fulfillment.

We use Google Analytics and Google’s advertising tools to measure store activity and advertising performance, Microsoft Clarity to understand website use, and Meta’s Facebook & Instagram integration for product listings and advertising measurement. Subject to the applicable privacy choices, these services may receive browser/device identifiers, pages viewed, product interactions, cart and purchase information, and transaction value and currency. Where enhanced matching is enabled, contact identifiers may be hashed before being shared for matching. Hashing does not make identifiers anonymous. These providers may process information under their own privacy policies as well as their agreements with us.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share information with Shopify and service providers in other countries to operate and improve the store. Shopify Network Intelligence uses information from interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify to support features such as personalization, store improvement and advertising. Other merchants do not receive direct access to our customer records. Learn more in Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy. You can exercise choices directly through Shopify’s privacy portal and our data-sharing opt-out page.

Cookies and marketing

We use essential cookies to run the store and remember choices. Analytics and advertising technologies operate according to applicable consent and opt-out settings. Use the cookie banner and the privacy preferences available on this site to make or revisit your choices. Our data-sharing opt-out page lets you opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising. We honor supported opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where required. You can also contact us to request help with your choices.

Retention

We keep order and account information for as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email info@kids-mundo.com to make a request or appeal a response. We may need to verify your request using information relevant to your account or order. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Our products are intended to be purchased by adults. This store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
